As a division of TN Exterior Cleaning (www.TNExteriorCleaning.com), we provide the seasonal install of custom designed, full service Christmas and Holiday lighting. Our service includes design, install, maintenance/warranty, end of season removal and year round storage of the lights all included in one price.

We service the following areas:

Knoxville, TN, Maryville, TN, Friendsville, TN, Farragut, TN, Lenoir City, TN, Oak Ridge, TN, Townsend, TN, Greenback, TN, Loudon, TN, Vonore, TN, Pigeon Forge, TN, Gatlinburg, TN, and surrounding areas.

We believe in providing a quality service and that includes free in-person site visits for estimates. We do this as a way to properly set expectations for our clients as well as to fully understand your home's unique requirements and needs.

THE HOLIDAY SEASON:

We begin our installs as early as October (pre-Halloween) and continue to hang lights all the way up to Christmas, take down happens in early to mid-January. Commercial or Residential, we are qualified, licensed and insured to provide high quality service.

Do you sell or lease lights?

We lease our lights. The simplest way to describe what we do is "Full Service Christmas Light Installation". We design the install, supply and install the material, warranty and maintain (at no additional cost) during the season, remove/take down the lights, then we store them all year for next season.

Do you install customer-owned lights?

Unfortunately no. We are unable to install lights provided or owned by customers even if they were provided/sold by a previous professional installation company. There are too many liabilities and risks to absorb.

Is there a contract?

We do offer multi-year contracts. We do individual year installs, as well as 3 and 5 year contracts. The contracts allow us to offer a better price for the length of the term and the customer has more peace of mind knowing that the next several years are already taken care of.
